Maybe has to do with the weather, maybe has to do with the business opportunities, maybe has to do with upholding conservative values, limit whatever you want but the Florida population is growing while many other states who uphold liberal lapse of moral values such as California and New Jersey are losing thousands of residents every month. The fact that a Republican governor won the midterm election ads as an attractive proposition for those who were in decided. I mean, it’s not like Florida lacks a lot of attraction. Throughout the state the average temperature year round is around 80°. Water, oceans and beaches are usually within a short drive. The state economies is strong and business opportunities are great.
In a recent conversation with an HVAC Chicago firm, Tom Weidner, head of new project management admitted that today about 70% of the company’s new projects are being started in Florida. At the moment there is so much demand for plumbers, air-conditioning technicians, electrical engineers, roofers and even companies and contractors for Land Clearing in Milton, FL. that the firm is considering opening a branch office in the Tampa area. This is not the only company that has consider that in recent times, son also considering opening a hub or satellite corporate office in the Miami area. Apparently, local government was not willing to bend over backwards as many of the cities did and the Amazon corporate deal never came to fruition. These purpose built megamall and entertainment complex will be the largest shopping mall in the United States and it is set to break ground in early 2019.
Many people will tell you that it is expensive to live in Florida. In comparison to what? California, New York, New Jersey? The truth is that by comparison living in Florida is very advantageous. Not only from a wider perspective because you don’t have to buy winter tires and or when to close but also from a tax point of view. Florida is one of the few states that does not have estate tax. On the same token Florida real estate is still quite affordable. Maybe not in top demand Metropolitan areas such as South Beach, Marina mile in Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and other ritzy areas. However, if you want the peace and tranquility the Florida has to offer you may want to consider something like Naples, Pensacola Florida and even Milton Florida where you can still acquire acres of land pennies on the dollar compared to California, New York, New Jersey, and many northeastern and even Midwestern states. At the end of the day the numbers don’t lie the Florida population is growing and is outpacing many other states while some of the states mentioned before are losing hundreds and even thousands of residents every month. We can say here and stipulate if it’s the weather, the political climate, the taxes, and or even the economic opportunities. The truth is that the state of Florida’s population will exceed 21 million residents by 2019.
